Reboot in Rockport Wellness Retreat

Each day will start with a refreshing walk followed by morning nourish. After breakfast workouts will be followed by restorative stretching. There will be morning sessions to help you reboot your mind and body. Meals are provided as well as yummy juices and smoothies throughout the day. Other activities will include paddle boarding, shopping in the area, infrared sauna, facial, or massage add-ons.  Enjoy an evening meal, followed by a sunset cruise on Friday and a Patio Pow Wow: Vision Board and Intention setting on Saturday. End the evenings with a rest supporting night cap.
